Get Involved

A legal group action is being formed by a group of businesses with a shared interest in seeking legal redress against Apogee.

These businesses involved have all been affected by selling practices which we believe have been misleading, dishonest and/or fraudulent.

Now is the time to review your existing arrangements and understand whether you may have been affected.

James Winter

James has 25 year experience in the UK photocopier and finance industry and has been working with a number of Apogee customers to unpick the targeted and sophisticated manipulation of the photocopier leasing process to overcharge clients.

James understands how the leases are supposed to work and what Apogee has done to manipulate clients.

James Oldnall

James is the Managing Partner of Milberg London and has more than 20 years of litigation experience behind him.

James is a commercial litigator specialising in claims against large institutional defendants and has an in-depth understanding of disputes involving fraud and mis-selling. James forged his career at London’s leading litigation houses – Freshfields, Clyde & Co, and Mishcon de Reya – before establishing Milberg’s London office. He has worked on many of the UK’s highest profile and industry-recognised commercial disputes, frequently appearing in national and international press.

James Oldnall is the Lead Solicitor in the case against Apogee. Working closely with the Apogee Action Group, James understands the problematic conduct displayed by Apogee. He, along with other members of the Milberg team, is investigating the claims of affected businesses and acting on their behalf to seek legal redress.
